Whats the point of this if i am not going to be able to warn others of the inside scam thats going on here folks its real easy to see they dont want to fix this problem there making a shit load of money off og your ass lossing your money wtf is that all about really think about this . Silk Road Forums mean shit ... if they want to just let the vendor fuck us. Really how would you put this any other way . i think its time for someone to come to the front line on here and be a leader of the site or be a chicken shit thats in on it , has to be ... my moneys gone wtf really come on ... this is BULL SHIT ..........................

I'm sorry that you lost your money, but FEing is advised against constantly everywhere including by SR itself.
Also despite your assessment that "Silk Road Forums mean shit", you would see in a search for "MendicinoMistress" (if this is what you're still talking about) that every post mentions that they are a scam. SR doesn't have your money - MendicinoMistress does. That account is no longer even listed as a vendor, so SR took as much action against them as they could.

Quit spamming! We get that you gambled with FE and lost, grow up big boy. Life in the fast lane always causes accidents for the reckless. If there is a review thread for MendicinoMistress post your experience there. Post it once and get over your crying, we don't want to hear it.

WTF really people snap the fuck out of it ok i making a damm good point here at what time are these people aware of whos fucking who and what can be done to stop that , i am saying there getting there money folks , so is a comments from with in to take me down to wtf , whos who on here . really trust is trust . Dont get this shit all mixed up in your fucking heads ok really i want someone to be able to tell me that all of our efforts are to keep this shit from going on , NOT hey go fuck yourself user that sends money here , like any other biz it needs to be good to its cust that support it .

SR can do nothing if you FE other than what it appears they did, shut down the vendor account. If you had done any research at all you would know you FE at your own risk. Did you do a search on this vendor for reviews before purchasing? If there were no reviews and this vendor was brand new do you see the risk associated with that? If you want to be mad at anyone be mad at yourself. Hopefully this will be a good lesson for you and you will apply this knowledge to your next purchases.

One of us? you're part of the problem, mate. - The best thing you or anyone else on SR can do to reduce the liklihood of scammers, is to not FE... Think it over. If nobody FEs then scammers will eventually quit trying. This is one of the basic rules of SR that everyone tells you about. The fault lies with you and you alone.

Re-read what onetwothree wrote and let it sink in. We advise SPECIFICALLY AGAINST FINALIZING EARLY. We can ONLY protect you when you remain IN ESCROW. We do not have your money - you made sure that there would be no way we could help you when you decided to FE against all warnings otherwise.
I'm sorry you were scammed, but if you had done a search you would have seen that others were having trouble with this vendor, and that you should never FE. The vendor has been banned, by the way, which is just about as much action as SR can take in this matter since you FE'ed.

The original poster appears to have the intelligence of a rock. The site has an escrow system set up to protect people from scams; you bypass it for a known scammer and then complain when it doesn't protect you. What a dumbass... Do you expect them to then take money out of their profits to repay you for your idiocy? Get real. Chalk it up to a lesson learned (the hard way since you're incapable of learning the easy way) and move on.

Seems as like myself there are others that got burned here ok and Silk road Knew of this vendors bad deals yet there score of 100 % stayed the same we do use that to use i do and if all your reviews and all your info is wrong as we see now that could be the chase with any of them now i will really realy be asking questions ok , yet the site as a whole and all its members are at risk with bad info then . So who do you tell that to .... the owner , the boss , the ceo wtf do you do here just take it in the ASS.

SR doesn't control a vendor's ratings. That is controlled by feedback received from buyers. Also, you can stop bitching about it any time now - as soon as the staff received complaints, they looked into it and banned the vendor.

don't FE. I'm new and have talked to 9 or 10 vendors. The ones who said "no need to FE" are the ones who got my business and all of them have came through with no issues. The ones who demanded FE did not and will not get my business.

I only FE'd for my first 5 orders and they cost no more than 15 dollars each. After that i finalized early for no one !!!
