Hello All
I changed my passphrase and now it wont let me login !! Does anyone know if this is a known problem?
I have sent support a message from my new account but they havent got back to me yet!! I understand this make take more than a week, is that right?
As always I need to get a deal done!!

Yes, it will take several days, I believe. You'll just have to be patient and trust that they'll get back to you as soon as they are able.

the pin time is also now long , as i asked mine to be reset 2 weeks ago, Nothing after 1 week, then another email, with they replied with the rules about waiting 3 days!! 5 days later nothing!! then i change my password now im locked out!! aggghhh,
The only good thing is i put a a large amount of btc in 2 weeks ago so ahead on that!!
