Title: Deposit isn't showing, blockchain shows its been withdrawn.
Post by: c0py on February 22, 2013, 04:54 am
I transferred a few BTC into my account using a new address as is my usual routine.  I checked blockchain to see that they were confirmed.  After 16 confirmations it still hasn't show up and more so is showing that its been withdrawn from that wallet to a new address.  Maybe this is usual and Ive never noticed it or could this be an issue?  I'm seeing a few other people with this issue also. I'll be contacting support shortly as it seems to be the recommended thing to do.

Yes, contact support.

Also, the withdrawals you are seeing are just due to the built-in coin tumbler that SR uses.

Thank you!  I was pretty sure that was the case but wasn't 100%.  Ive contacted support and will patiently wait for a reply.  Thanks again!

No problem - I know it can cause panic when you see withdrawals happening that you didn't initiate!  Rest assured, it's just the tumbler and I hope support can double check for you soon!

Same situation here. A deposit I made 9 hours ago still hasn't cleared despite my wallet showing success . I've filed a customer support request.

Yeah, Ive been on here for nearly a year and had never checked a transaction on blockchain lol

Ah that sucks to hear.  Maybe this is an issue associated with the withdraw issues people are having.  Hope things are cleared up soon though!  I'm almost outta smoke  :o

Same for me too. Made my deposit 16h+ ago, blockchain shows me 85 confirmations and a withdraw of the same amount from that address. Nothing showed up in my account. I have contacted the support.

Relax, Scurry!  Things are moving slower than usual.  Have you contacted support on SR yet?  Contact them, provide them the information, and then be patient.  They will get to it as soon as they are able, and may just have to push your transaction through manually.  The bottom line though is that if the transaction is showing on blockchain, you WILL see the bitcoins in your account eventually.

Thanks, Scout.  I am relying on your prior experience!  We all fully appreciate your taking the time to calm us all down.

Bless your heart!

I hope when you say "Bless your heart" you're not saying it the same way Southern people do ... hehehe ... when they say that, it's more like "you stupid fuck!"

lol

Anyway, keep hanging in there, guys.  I did message DPR around 9am Pacific Time to let him know what was going on .... haven't heard anything back, but maybe he'll respond later this evening.

Until then, rest assured this is a widespread issue currently, so you're not the only ones experiencing it .... AND none of these deposits or coins will be "lost" no matter how long it takes --- the transactions all show in blockchain so they will all eventually be pushed through.
