Title: SR support response times

I messaged them from the help desk yesterday and listed all of the information I could to possibly get my account back. Does anyone know on avaerage how long it takes for them to respond, and where they will respond to? The message that I sent them was sent from the help desk, but it does not show the message in my sent messages.

They always have a lot to deal with and are still fixing issues that arose a week ago ... so it may take awhile but they WILL eventually get back to you!
