I made a deposit to my account before the site went crazy of 90 something dollars and I HAD 7 dollars in there already... Now I only have 20$
I sent a message to support but haven't gotten a response so I figured I would come here
How can I go about getting my money back so I can make an order... I have the payment confirmation from when I bought the coin if he support would like to see it

Unfortunately, we can't do anything for you from our end here on the forums. You'll need to contact support again over on SR itself and let them know about the problem. Also, it may take them awhile to respond, but they WILL eventually.

There are a few different people that are having the same issue. Eventually the staff will respond, u just got to be patient

well support responded saying they have no idea what that address with, which I find strange as it was a direct copy and paste from THEIR deposit page.
I will attempt one more, in good faith. If those BC's's never turn up it will still leave a bad taste in my mouth though, and if the next transfers may be in small, controlled, verified amounts.
Not the best way to build trust I must say. Very disappointed in this whole charade this week.
That BC address I deposited too DEFINITELY came from the SR website.

Well if it makes you feel any better I tried sending coins to my SR account again today and they are backed up unconfirmed too now.
Not sure what is going on with you BTC address if support is saying they do not recognize it though, if it went into the blockchain etc and your SR address was correct they will find it, eventually.
