Title: 1k+ Locked in limbo with Sour Order

Hey Guys,
I wanted to reach out as Ive been having some difficulties with things as of late. I, like alot of buyers, got caught up in the wave of recent scammers (Dead Guy and Medicino Mistress) Anyways--I had the luck of ending up starting an order with both of these vendors--Dead Guy I FE on and realized How stupid that was--Never again. So when Medicino was asking me to do the same I obviously explained the circumstance and told her flat out that I wouldnt FE. She stopped communicating after that point and since my money has been locked up in escrow. I reached out to support got a message that didn't really illuminate anything. I havent heard back and could REALLY use that money back in my hands to work with as things are pretty tight right now given the fact that I got screwed by DeadGuy.
Is there anyway to get things freed up now and avoid any mars on my perfect stats? I'd love to not have to wait the next week + to be able to then send thing to Resolution Center and have things drag on from there.

Any help would be much appreciated and if anyone know what the deal is with something like thit let me know.

Also this is the response I got from DPR which didnt make full sense given the context of things. Though he may have been addressing a slightly different issue I had with the system transferring money to a vendor twice when I sent funds directly due to an accidental extra order that got shipped to me. Also, If anyone can just point me to a page that can better lay out protocol for this type of things that would be much appreciated.

anyone been here? Do I just have to wait it out? I tried finding some info for things but had difficulty/couldnt.

DPR's Response: "I corrected the error, so your transfer should be going through shortly. Answers to your other questions can be found in the FAQ."
 also it should be noted not transfer ever went through after this message, I did however get the vendor to just toss in a few gifts on my next order with him.

Any help and input is appreciated.

You'll need to send support another message clarifying your issue.  Also, you may very well have to wait - there is not usually a way to jump ahead in the process like that.
