Title: Missing BTCs

As title said, woke up this morning with negative amount in my account. Has this happened to anyone else? Looks like the "rollback" amount was more than my account multiplied itself. I went to my account history and counted the times my account had multiplied my original deposit, and I multiplied it on a calculator. The amount they rolled back was a little bit more than the amount of all my "fake" deposits. And somewhere in all of that, I lost an extra amount too. Granted this is little over a bitcoin, but my account is still in the negative and BTC these days are pretty steep! Any help from moderators, DPR and staff, anybody? Any extra information I don't know?

My birthday is coming up in the next month and I'm scared this glitch is gonna ruin my small but adventurous party plans!  :'( I've contacted support like DPR said but have yet to hear back. Hope this gets resolved soon, for all those involved. The problem is "fixed" but we still have quite a bit to go to get the kinks ironed out!

DPR mentioned in the announcement thread that if anyone discovered problems like this, they should contact support over on SR and they'll address the issue.

Like I said in my OP, I already contacted DPR and Support on the Road. Just trying to be a squeaky wheel, I spose. Would love to hear from others on why this problem's occurred and if it's been fixed for them yet. Thanks though Scout.

SR support are the only people who can assist you I am afraid and yes reading the other threads in this sub forum there would appear to be others experiencing similar issues.

It may take a few days for SR support to get back to you given the number of people affected, please be patient.
