Title: bit instant only one transaction showed in acct

so yesterday at 5pm I put 2 cash deposits of 500$ each.  only one has shown up in my bit coin address.  This isn't the first or second or fifth time depositing $$.  any ideas what's up.

Bitinstant is kind of fucked up right now.  I made a transfer on Tuesday that hasn't processed yet.  The forums are full of threads with users experiencing missing transactions.  Best thing to do would be email their customer service and log the issue.

I'd try what you can with their customer service options (live chat, phone #, email, etc...) - if you're not getting the results you want - go check out bitcointalk.org and look for Yankee - he's the owner/operator of BitInstant - when/if he gets involved, shit gets done (so I hear - I've never had any problems with them...)

It's because you used the same amount twice -- the system sees your second transaction as an accidental duplicate, or a fraudulent one, so you'll need to contact them to have them manually push it.  In the future, make sure you're using two different amounts, and two different bitcoin deposit addresses -- otherwise, this will happen again.

Thanks scout ill keep that in my mind loks like shit should work out.  Maybe when iI wake up I'll be like the other kids getting free coins and the one i paid for. As I see it now bitinstant is gonna have a busy day tomorrow.
