Title: Withdrawal problem
Post by: anonymouse23 on February 14, 2013, 11:47 am
I started a withdrawal over 6h ago and it hasnt arrived yet:
February 14, 2013, 5:30 am UTC
The strange thing is that in Account history under notes there is no address.
Also there is no trace of the transfer on blockchain.info

How should i proceed from here?

You may need to speak to SR support, I got the info below from the wiki though if that helps:

Why isn't my withdrawal being processed?
It can take up to 1 hour for your withdrawal to be processed. If it is not showing up at the destination address, first check that there is no transaction in the blockchain by searching the destination address on a site like [2]. If the transaction appears, then the issue is on the receiving end and you need to find out why from the person or organization who controls the destination address. If the transfer is not in the blockchain, your withdrawal may have been flagged for manual review. This can happen if it is sufficiently large (over 1000 btc or so), or if multiples withdrawals were made in rapid succession. If none of these conditions are true, there may be a problem and you should message us.

I've seen a few people having issues today with withdrawals.  Maybe everything is just running a bit slow.

I've got the same issue. My coins not arrived yet after 12 hours. Hope it will be fixed soon.
Last time withdrawals are very strange for me, I withdraw 1 coin to another wallet and 2 coins arrived - 1 coin for free. Is it any prize from SR for being good and honest vendor hahaha or it was just mistake ?
Greetings for SR team.

Have also withrdrawn some BTC to my wallet and am still waiting. Never usually takes this long, but I'm guessing that the delay isn't helped by that coin mess that's going on now.

Withdrawals - all day - have been delayed by 15+ hours, so they WILL get to you -- it just is taking longer than usual.

Will withdrawals made during this glitch period be affected/reversed, or will they still be on their way? This is for a small amount of real BTC, as I wasn't one of the lottery winners by the way.

I can't answer that question - I would assume that if they were initiated prior to the site going down, then they will go through, even if it means DPR and staff have to manually push them through (but it will be slower than usual).
