Ive been using SR for over a year now...and i knew that FE is always sketchy as fuck! but this vendor "deadguy" had over 100 sales, and he had a great product i wanted....so i fuckin did it I KNOW IM A FUCKING IDIOT. but the guy had great reviews and everything and more than 100 sales...so now i found out he is a scammer and is suspended...the one fucking mistake i make costs me 300 goddamn dollars?!?! is there any way im going to get my money back? I EVEN HAVE A PICTURE OF THE SALE TX# and everything. i mean i have proof i bought from him when he had over 100 sales and shit..im JW

NOOOOO! I got on here to scope things out since I've been having issues reaching him on SR. I'm 1400 in though. I'm in the exact same boat mate. Over a year doing SR, 37 sales and never once had one go sour, with all the successful shipments I thought things were legit. I have no idea what protocol is for this but PLEASE keep me posted with things/ let me know if you get anywhere with it.

If you finalized early, then you went out of escrow, and I don't think there's much of anything that SR Support will be able to do for you.

Hell! I bought an ounce of his Purple Monkey Balls weed and I DID NOT finalize the sale but after a couple days passed I logged on to check on my order and my BTS are gone, there is NO purchases in my box and his account is gone. I havent heard back from SR Support but Im likely going to be riding the same boat with everbody else... FUCK ME and I thought this site was on the up and up.. Guess Ill check out the "Black Market" If they still running and do my biz there. Im beyond pissed people, but im still checking the mail daily just in case it does show but im not holding my breath...

BTW I dont post here much but I joined November 25, 2011, and god only know how much money Iv spent on SR and never had a problem, EVER!

It's unfortunate that he scammed, but take it as a lesson. I finalized early for my first sale and it went smooth. Be careful who you trust with big money. Make a rule to only buy small from untested people or don't buy from them at all. For every scammer there is also a good and honest vendor.

it's simple -- if you stay in escrow you stay safe, if you FE you're fucked.

Damn I was looking at his shit. Glad I didn't buy. I have FE'd on only my first newbie order and it went well but it was smalltime.

More than a year on the road and I FEd this one time with a vendor I was cool with. He had a new method which was more or less a drop shipment from another country.
Things went south with the new international method. It was delayed for some unknown reason. So he sent me a 20 pack overnight for free. But another 4 weeks went by and still nothing. I was able to negotiate with him to send me my order letting him know it was the first time I ever FE'd on SR. He was cool and sent me my order from his personal inventory via priority mail. And he said that if the original order ever showed up, not to worry about paying him for it (I had offered to). Then he closed up shop leaving the rest who FE'd with their orders out in the wind. I feel for them.
8 weeks later, the international order is still in limbo according to tracking. But my first and last time FE'ing turned out OK. So I maintained my record of never losing money on SR. But I'll never FE again. Not worth the stress.
I wish the OP and the others here who have FE'd that they will recover something even if it takes some good karma event where they get a lot of extra product from another Vendor. Something. Anything but a total loss.
My heart goes out to you all who have lost money by FE'ing.

The math is easy if there are is already one othter who has also FE'd for 300 dollar, you don't have to be Einstein that it he is going to make more money by scamming you two guys who did FE, and just start over and pay 500 dollar for a vendor license. He made 100 dollar more profit, if there were only 2 with FE, but probably there were more then 2 people who FE'd.
That's what I do.
Like Boss, he had 279 sales with a 99% all 5/5 rate.
But all FE.
He didn't deliver for over 2 months and still every day came new orders and still people pressed FE.
Those people do only see 99% of 279 sales and a few good reviews.
Those good reviews were fore very cheap items and counted for only 10%
The other 90 who gave 5/5 all FE''d and for far greater sales.
At least I think 10 gr of coke is a lot for someone who only delivers 0.7 grams of weed.
It makes me laugh, seeing FE for 10 gr coke when he in the first place never delivered coke, and for the last 2 months did not deliver anything.
Period.
And still people ordered.
When I made a remark about it boss went nuts.
He was legit, never did not deliver and I had to take my words back, bla bla.
Two days later he was gone.
Deathguy has a lot of names, I guess.
Deadman is almost the same name.
And if you search for your 50 tabs you will find a new guy. Busy for 19 days, 3 buyers of who 2 already FE'd.
I would say , file a report for asking for FE before 1 month of selling so he will lose his 500 dollar on that name.
But het has more names, I am sure.
As long as there are people like you , scamming keeps profitable.
So in a way we have those scammers keep on comming because of people like you.
Will this 300 dollar lesson make you act different next time?

And for all those people who have been scammed for a second time, they should not come here to SR.
Obvious they are not smart enough.
The only time I have been scammed was over 30 years ago, by a switching artist on the streets of Amsterdam.
Never got scammed again.
And I am not planning to be scammed too.
Even I do FE, but after research and not before.
If you do that too, you will know the guy is a scam before you FE, and not afterwards like now.
Just a lesson for 300 dollar, you better learn from your mistake, or it will happen again.

You are just the only one who has been scammed by the man with a lot of names, and you just have bad luck.
Still, do I wonder how it is possible that you can not find out he is a scam before you FE, but always just after you have FE'd.
Like a whole bunch of you guy's.

Got scammed myself same guy, whats upsetting to me is that I had 10 btc in my account for months, everytime I attempted to order sum acid it ended up being a scammer, this was the 4th time attempting to buy and I fell for FE this time based purelly on the reputation I saw on his post on the forums and his feedback....such a fool I was. It just bothers me that its so easy for support to know that these people are scammers but they let 300+ orders go through before they close the account after hes already taken 10k in cash. scamming the users.

^^ Exactly dude.. Hell, from what im seeing, hes been doing this sense early January and was reported bout mid Jan. Maybe SR needs to hire some mods so they can bump up their support in stopping these kind of fools. Ill work for bitcoins! They at least could have froze his account after a few reports or when they seen he was requiring people to FE on every purchase, even samples and shit.. lol I understand Sr support is not our babysitters or caretakers but there should be a set standard of rules to prevent scams like this..

There is, its called staying in escrow. I understand sellers having cheaper shipping options that DO require FE, but I don't see why there can't be slightly more expensive shipping options that can remain in escrow.
I say be weary of any sellers who ALWAYS require FE; they could go rogue at any moment.

I ordered some adderall from deadguy 8 days ago.. tried to contact him yesterday with no response (but he might have been already banned) Anyone else order addies from this guy?
Also, i assume that I'm not getting my adderall then? ;(

SR does not get involved in any out of escrow disputes, ever.
Do not FE, if you do then you take the risk.
Sorry you guys got scammed, I really am.
