I sent the SR Support a msg concerning a possible refund to my account. Anyone know how long it usually takes for the support to answer back?

It just depends on how busy things are for them -- give them a few days and if you still haven't received a reply, send another message.

They are quit fast and my advise is chiLL :) like you have to w8 abit :)
