The links on the hidden wiki point to: [EDITED TO REMOVE PHISHING / SCAMMING LINK]

Is that a scam site? Its asking for your pin.

Do not under any circumstances try to log in to that site, yes it's a scam. The proper address to SR is: silkroadvb5piz3r.onion. Never trust the wiki as anyone can alter the information.

Yes this is a scam, the links on the wiki are not trustworthy.

Like samesamebutdifferent stated, yes, it is a scam / phishing attempt.  Never access SR from any links you find there -- or anywhere else random for that matter. 

The ONLY official SR link is:
http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/

Bookmark it or memorize it.

(i went ahead and edited out the link in the OP to prevent anyone accidentally trying it.)
