Hi!
I wonder if I have misunderstood something or if 50 posts are needed to reach the seniors area. If so: why? Sure, good to read about common problems and all, but it takes years to load the pages and 50 posts are just overkill. Why not just give all info thats needed and let the noobs read it and then be done with it?
Might have misunderstood something. Takes time to load pages and I haven't read much yet.

before last week there was a lot of spam posts all over. Now... no more spam. This is why as far as I can tell.

i think its pretty common on forums but 50 does seem a little steep

Ok, I understand. Too bad people have to fuck things up.
But one thing that's more stupid than spambots is this thing that the post doesn't get posted if someone posted something just before in the same thread. "Someone posted a spam to reach 50 asap, please try to post again". Depressing.

there is something I can't understand with this new rules
I am a legit SR Vendor, I am here as a seller for more than 6 monthes
I have always be between 95% and 100% in my selling stats
etc....etc....
But what a surprise I can't even post in my own official thread
I mean I have created a Thread for my customers 6 monthes ago
This thread is linked on my main vendor page so my customers can post their review, delivery issues....
BUT NOW I CAN'T ACCESS TO MY OWN FORUM PAGE
So I can't reply to my customers questions
I can't even post news about my listings and my special offer
What's wrong with you guys
I understand your 50 posts rules
But really....I have other things to do with my real life job and my Silk Road order than spend my time to reach this 50posts
The stupid thing in this situation is that like other newbies I will reply and post bullshit thing just to increase my post count
I can understand the rule for newbie but for the legit and old seller it's a non sense
And I know that other seller are in this situation, just because they don't spend all their time in the forum and don't have 50 posts
If a mod can aswer me it would be great

Merlin, if you want a mod to answer a question, it's probably best to send one of us a PM -- we don't read through every single post.
Since you are a vendor and say you've been here for awhile, then you need 35+ transactions, a link to your vendor profile here in your forum signature, and then to send a message to inigo requesting access to the vendor forum. If he grants you access to the vendor forum, then you can post anywhere on the forums regardless of your post count.
Yes, you have other things to do with your life than post 50 times ... just like we have other things to do with our time here than delete ridiculous scam spam for 18+ hours a day. A little understanding goes a long way.
Like I said, if you have 35+ transactions and a link to your vendor profile in your signature here, you can send inigo a message and ask to be let in to the vendor forum.

Just be careful and make sure you research a vendor before buying from them.

The 50 posts are to do with a spamming basket case who would target newbies and F, up the forum so there's no way in ell he or she is gonna sit there making new accounts like before knowing he or she is stuck untill they reach 50 posts also if the spammer started on here he'd get stopped as soon as he or she started so this is why 50 posts are needed thank the robbing thieving scumbag scammer for it ok your very lucky cos if this wasn't in pkace he or she would've preyed on you and probably robbed you at that so it's a good thing ok hope this helped you out

The rule is to stop the flow of spam and redundant question which clog up the forums for frequent seasoned users with specific questions.

If there wasn't that many needed we'd continue to have problems in main forums with spammers and bad questions.
