Whats Sr staff usual/average response time?

It really just depends, but they're usually pretty busy. If it has been several days and they haven't responded, you could try to message them again.

Thats what i thought, Down to them being busy, Reason im asking is that i messed my pin up and i have waited the 3 days, it was up last night actually, iv emailed SR support but had no reply, that was 11 hours ago.
You wouldn't happen to know if the PIN reset email is automated or if they actually send them individually after you wait 3 days and reply.
