Hey there,
I made my first deposit from Mt.Gox to SR wallet today. I have over 23 confirmations on blockchain but nothing in SR wallet. It's been about 6 hours since I made the transaction. I double checked my SR wallet address and its correct. Any advice? I've read about the slow response from SR tech support and dont want to be waiting forever. Thanks

I am having the same issue (different wallet), I have made several past deposits (with same wallet) and it hasn't taken this long. It's usually pretty prompt, but it has also been around 6 hours with no change. I emailed support, so I'm afraid that we are out of the loop for now...

So after a little more reading, it seems that support is a bit backed up, and we just have to bide our time for them to get pushed through.

Yep, they had to suspend deposits and withdrawals to fix an issue. Everything is back up and running now, but just a little slow while SR Support and the payments catch up.

Damn. I've sent over $300 and they aren't even showing up on the Blockchain! Not even .01 BTC. No confirmations whatsoever! Also if obviously isn't getting into my account I sent it to. I hope they are able to fix this fast case it's tripping me out. I'm not sending another dime until my stuff shows up!
