Can a weed vendor On silk road sell the bit coins he gets from silk robe customers That by his weed then sell those Bit coins back to new or existing silk road customers Using money packs As a form of payment for those Coins.
and still use the escrow system And resolution center
not trying to scam silk road at all .

If it is hosted in any country that is even friendly with the US you'll still be screwed if they want you.
MP is a US only thing also, so they can definitely get your information even if they have to go through an extra channel. (like getting that website shut down financially or threatening to if they don't give you up)

so how would the porn web cam site be responsible for who buys there smut where the money comes from is not the web porn site problem.
