Title: Who to go with if security is top priority?

My top priority is security of the package. I am trying very hard to avoid any sort of scrutiny.  I am located within the US so I think this rules out the NL vendors even if they are cheaper.   I am wondering who is better for M - Calistoner or HugeReyes (or even someone else).  Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I have ordered from both.
Cali has yet to arrive but Hugo's did and tested out fantastically...
