Anyway, I think probably your best bet would be to wait until you hear back - it could be that you provided enough information already, or they might have some more specific info in mind. Just don't forget that there's a backlog on support requests right now, so it could take longer than usual to hear back. I can't actually do anything about it from my end here in the forums, but I know SR Support WILL help you regain access. If you want, you could start a new thread about this in the Customer Support subforum - that way, we (me and the other mods) can keep an eye on it if you have any other questions, or at least to be able to follow it so we know you've gotten back into your account.
