In your initial post here you said: So now I'm confused -- you said it was in the resolution center, but then you ask what the resolution center is. When you go to your order page, is there a link there for "resolve"? You can click on "resolve" to send the order to the resolution center. Once it's in the resolution center, if you believe the vendor is legit and that it's just taking extra time, you can apply for an extension on the finalization. If, on the other hand, you don't think it's on its way, you can ask in the resolution center for a refund and admin will look into the case and make a decision based on whatever facts you present.
