My feeling is that they're overwhelmed with support requests and it just takes a lot longer to get through them each day. Even more difficult would be to find another person to trust enough to bring onto their team. So for now, we just have to stay vigilant on the forums and do what we can here to help the staff. SSBD and I report to DPR and inigo on an almost daily basis, and I know that when we see a lot of reports of a specific vendor scamming people, we pass that info along immediately and staff over on the main site then look into it. At the same time, there are other people abusing the "report this vendor" link by using it to report competitors, or report people for other reasons, and it just adds confusion.
