I'm not sure I'm understanding your post, but this thread has to do with Bitinstant, and your issue is with SR. The transaction going to two accounts you have never heard of is typical of how the built-in bitcoin tumbler works, and how it shows on blockchain. You should be fine contacting them from a regular email address, or even by calling them, if necessary. They'll need to know the specifics of the transaction in order to assist you though.
