If it truly was as simple as "it smells funny" then I agree that negative feedback would suffice and I don't think SR would give a 100% refund. That said, considering that SR support DID issue a 100% refund (not just a partial refund, but a 100% refund!) I have to assume that they had a reason to do so. Meaning that I trust SR Support to be competent enough not to give a FULL REFUND for "oh, it smells funny! teehee!"
