yeah, feel free to spam your way to 50 ... you can even start your own thread for it and it'll take less time.

sorry, i know it is an inconvenience for those who don't like to post much, but it has made a huge, huge difference because we're usually able to catch the spammers before they get to 50 posts ... which means catching them before they are able to flood all of the subforums with their scams.

thanks for your understanding ... +1 karma for that.  :)

Newbie discussion / Re: Withdrawal Problems?

I made a withdrawal last night and was surprised when it took about an hour to show on blockchain.  lol.

It's safe to say things are moving a bit slowly right now.

My suggestion would be to wait a few more hours before contacting support ... and if it still doesn't show up, then go ahead and send support a message so they can check it out and push it through manually, if necessary.

Customer support / Re: Deposit not in account, blockchain confirmed

Yes, go ahead and get in touch with SR support.  Things are probably just backed up.  They WILL get to you and they WILL make sure your deposits are pushed to your account.

Relax, Scurry!  Things are moving slower than usual.  Have you contacted support on SR yet?  Contact them, provide them the information, and then be patient.  They will get to it as soon as they are able, and may just have to push your transaction through manually.  The bottom line though is that if the transaction is showing on blockchain, you WILL see the bitcoins in your account eventually.

I haven't used Ziggap before -- I know they are relatively new though.  I would assume that when you signed up for an account you were then able to select the payment method and put in the amount you wanted to buy?  If you select Chase Bank on their page, they should then provide you with the account information for the deposit.

I don't know what the checkout page looks like -- did it give you any further instructions or any kind of Chase bank account number?

You can still post reviews and feedback here.  In fact, PrincessHIGH even created a thread for people to post their feedback in and she then copies and pastes it into the vendor's thread for you.

Also, the reason for this 50 post rule is to help us get a better handle on the bitcoin spammer situation.  This way, we have a better chance of noticing them, deleting their scamming posts, and banning their accounts before they are able to spam the entire forum -- it's all contained in this single subforum.

And before you say "well now we have to become spammers to get out!" let me remind you that the people spamming to get to 50 posts are actual members of the community --- the bitcoin spammers, on the other hand, are spamming in order to scam people out of their money.  Big difference between the two types of spam.

You can read on their site --- you choose the method you want to use to buy bitcoins, and fill out the form, and then they give you more info, I assume.

Is the transaction showing up on blockchain.info?

It is just the built-in coin tumbler - no need to worry.  However, definitely contact support as they may need to push it through manually to your account.

Are you talking about selling bitcoins, or are you talking about just sending them back and forth with your friend?

Well, you can also apply to get your $500 bond refunded.

$500?!??! That's insane. So you have to already have products AND money to be a vendor... I guess it's gonna take me longer than I thought...

I really hope you are being facetious.

I could be mistaken but doesn't it cost about 500 USD to start a vendor page now?

Yep!

Very strange.  You may want to try contacting blockchain.info's support:
