Just wanted to update and let you all know that I got my coins and a message from DPR two hours ago, saying sorry for the delay.  It took several days, but it got taken care of.  Hope this gives those of you still waiting some comfort and faith that yours will soon show up, too!

This is a well-known scam, you're right.  It's best for users to try to memorize the correct URL and to remember - like you mentioned - that the real SR site NEVER requires your PIN at login!

It doesn't matter what size it is, onetwothree, every missing deposit is important to address.  It seems that some people are starting to get their deposits ... so I'm assuming this means SR Support is now online and resolving the issue.  I can't be 100% sure about that because I still haven't heard anything from anyone, but people are reporting receiving messages on SR from Support ... so hopefully it's true.

Also, it is the weekend, so perhaps that is why Support has been a bit slower to respond.  Just speculating.

It seems like what is happening is that deposits and withdrawals are getting stuck in SR's system.  What I mean is, withdrawals are registering within SR so that the bitcoins are taken out of accounts as usual but then they get stuck somewhere before registering on the network, and never appear on blockchain.

Similarly, with deposits, they make it to SR but then get stuck somewhere before being credited to the user's account.

This reaffirms to me that maybe all that needs to happen is for SR Support to push the "stuck" transactions manually in both directions.

Yes, but they never showed up in your SR wallet --- I mean, you never looked at your account on SR and saw that the deposit had been credited.  All you're seeing is the coin tumbler at work.

Yes, this is a known issue.  Things are very slow right now, so just try to be patient.  If you've messaged them, they will eventually respond or resolve the issue.
