If you had done a search or looked at the other threads, you would see that, yes, this is a current problem affecting some accounts.  Contact support on SR to let them know and then be patient while they address the problems.

Have you even read the rest of this thread? 

You just need to be patient - you've already messaged them twice and you only bought the coins this morning, so just try to be patient and know that they WILL get to you.

Sending as a gift does not make it a safe payment for people to accept - you could still turn around and dispute it and get a chargeback issued to you, even if you send as a gift.  Also, you can't advertise here.

Please also make sure that you report him on SR ... there should be a link to report a listing (where you can still report that the vendor is a scammer).

David, definitely submit a second ticket - let them know the problem is not addressed in the FAQ and that you need someone to push your deposit through manually because it hasn't shown up in over 96 hours.

Okay, so it's the same issue of having made a deposit, having it show up on blockchain, but never seeing it credited to your SR account. 

For that, only SR Support can help and I know they're being bombarded right now ... so contact them, for sure, but also be aware that it may take them awhile to fix this for you.

No, the link on the wiki is a phishing site to get ahold of users' PINs and passwords to then drain their accounts.

This is my first transaction on SR and I know many of you have been saying that normally SR is 100% square and issues like this are an anomaly.  Regardless, to go through this as your first experience using the service is very frustrating.  It would be one thing if there were some basic customer service actions taken to notify users but there has been nothing.

An auto-reply from support telling you to read the FAQ?  What, exactly, is going on with your account?  Did you make a withdrawal or a deposit?  Did it show up on blockchain?  Give us more details, please.
