You are essentially advertising, and are not permitted to do that without a vendor account.  If you need your MP cashed, please head over to SR and find a vendor who is offering bitcoins for MPs ... there are several who offer this service.

There is nothing we can do from our end here on the forums, and nothing much that anyone can do for you other than SR Support.  They're busy right now though, so it may take them longer than usual to respond.

There's no announcement, I'm guessing, because the issue is not site-wide.  It is only affecting some members' accounts.
