Okay ... well, what info did you provide them with?  Did you tell them you made a deposit which has not been credited to your account, and then provide them with the blockchain.info link for the transaction?

You need to get in touch with SR Support.  There is nothing really that we can do from the forum end of things.

By the way, are you sure you were accessing the real SR site?  At any time were you asked for your PIN during log in?

You may want to change your password just in case, because unless you were phished, I don't see how this would happen.

If the transaction is below a certain threshold (might be $1k) then you can have them send it to you using a "secret question / secret answer" instead of an ID.  They just need to be sure to tell the Western Union agent that they are sending to someone without an ID, and for the WU agent to please mark that in their system.  Then you'll need the person to tell you what the secret question / secret answer was so you can provide it when you go to pick up the cash.

Also, no, there's not really much else you can do besides report them on SR.  You won't get any coins or money back though since it was an out-of-escrow transaction.
