You'll need to get in touch with SR Support over on the main site, as there isn't anything that we can do from our end here. 

That said, how could someone have gotten your password?  How do you know that the funds were withdrawn?  In order for that to happen, they'd need to know your username, password, and PIN ...  Have you signed in via a link from the hidden wiki or other known-phishing link?

How could he be threatening you?  As a buyer, he isn't privy to the same sensitive info about you that you are about him.  If this is the case, you should have reported it and let the staff deal with it rather than blackmailing and threatening him.  As a vendor, you have a responsibility not to misuse the information people give you.  If he's an asshole, then so be it, but you're a vendor and you cannot behave that way toward buyers who have trusted you with their info.  Also, if he was threatening you, then I'm sure that DPR and the staff saw this as well when they were looking into it, and will probably deal with him as well.

Arn0ld has already stated that he did, indeed, say those things.  Also, DPR himself looked into it on SR and found enough reason to revoke his vendor status.

As long as you stayed in escrow, yes, you can hope for resolution and probably a refund of some percentage.  However, if you finalized early, then I'm afraid you won't be able to get any back unless the vendor himself offers.

^ This.  There is no reason NOT to use PGP to encrypt your shipping address.  Don't get sloppy and don't rush so much that you start forfeiting the various things available to you to help keep you (and the vendor) safe!
