Well, sounds like you've done what you need to for peace of mind -- also, none of your bitcoins were missing, so that's good.

2537
Did you lose any coins?  I mean, I really don't think it was any kind of compromise of your account based on what you've said .... sounds more like an accident or some confusion.  If you're concerned, definitely change your password.

His vendor account was banned due to him being a scammer (who has scammed the community under various aliases).

Are you absolutely certain you haven't been phished?

Have you ever been asked for your PIN at the login screen?

Have you ever attempted to login from a non-legit URL?  (the correct one should be silkroadvb5piz3r.onion

I believe you have to manually generate a new address -- I don't think it changes them without you initiating that change.

2541
Okay, so maybe those listings were stealth for you guys.

Off topic / Re: Fork in the blockchain
« on: March 15, 2013, 07:21 am »
No, this is not due to the blockchain fork.  This is due to the delayed withdrawals earlier this evening.  You'll need to get in touch with SR Support on the main site and let them know what time you initiated it, what amount you withdrew, and to what address.  They'll be able to help you.

if the vendor states they don't offer a refund in that situation, then there's really nothing anyone can do to prevent them from simply never sending the package out.  that's why you stay in escrow, and also make use of the resolution center.

You are not allowed to sell bitcoins here without a vendor account.  Locking this thread.  :\

Security / Re: Bitcoin wallet is synchronizing
« on: March 15, 2013, 06:47 am »
It has to sync at least to the point in time when you received the transfer before it will actually show up.  Or you can look at your address at blockchain.info to put your mind at ease while you wait for the client to sync.

That's not freedom, that's abuse.

I typically like your comments, I hope you're just trolling.

All fucking pedos should die a slow and very painful death.

Agreed.

Can someone link me to this vendor's profile?  I'm searching "THERX" on the road and only find a vendor selling oxy ... is it that guy?

Newbie discussion / Re: LOST ALL BITCOINS! Please help!
« on: March 15, 2013, 05:12 am »
Damn. Contact the admins.  They should be able to get it back.  I hope you weren't keeping a lot of btc in there...

Good luck.

Who do you mean by "admins"? Thanks!
Shoot a message to Dread Pirate Roberts (the admin of SR).
If anyone can help you out, it's that guy.

No, DPR will absolutely not be able to help in this case -- the OP is talking about his desktop bitcoin client, Multibit.  He is not talking about anything SR-related, so DPR / the staff have nothing to do with it.

2549
It can probably be traced back to the shop, but I don't think the shop's address would appear on the online tracking info, if that's what you're asking.

Technical support / Re: SR withdrawal broken AGAIN?!

Yeah, DPR fixed the issue, so I'm going to go ahead and lock this thread.
