Are all of you using the "Report this vendor" link on LD's vendor profile?

Seriously??? This has been all over the forum and all over the "Clearnet" for like over a month now!!!!!

I am sure SR staff is well aware of whats been going dont you think??

And from the posts I have seen when anyone complains to them its basicaly...

"You fucked up dude..we told you to never FE so its your problem not ours if you did"!!

Thats no way to run a business...not even an underground one!!!

First of all, no need to be argumentative toward me!  Second of all, I'm trying to understand why people see a warning about not FE'ing, do it anyway understanding the risks, and then blast SR for not giving them their money back when it goes badly ... even though SR warned never to FE b/c getting scammed was a serious possibility.

Also, again, no need to pick a fight with me - I'm trying to figure out how I can help, and so I'm trying to understand the situation better.

futura, you guys need to get in touch with SR Support and Vendor Support -- they are the only people who can looking into these matters and take action.  I wish I could do more in these cases, but only SR and Vendor Support have the ability to investigate and make these decisions.

Definitely worth trying!

It's not down, but you may still need to contact their support team.

2481
Yeah, sometimes they get flooded with support requests and since this was an issue yesterday, they may very well be backed up trying to address each individual account problem .... but they WILL get in touch or at least push the transaction for you.

2482
As far as I know as a new vendor you cannot request buyers to FE until you have conducted a certain number of transactions, I can't remember the exact number.

This is correct, and I believe it is 35 transactions ... if I recall correctly.

2483
Is there any way to still get a 100% refund but it not mess with my stats, say if sr just send me btc and cancel the transaction or similar, its a clear case of scam, I dont see why I should be punished by my stats taking a hit!

Cheers.

If your stats take a hit when you receive the refund due to a scam, most vendors would understand this.  You can even point them to forum threads to support what you are saying.  Just get in touch with them ahead of placing an order and let them know your concern, and why your refund rate is high.  I would think most vendors would be understanding about it in cases like these.

My being a trusted member here does not prevent me from pointing out when a user is lying to people.  I had no plans to "out" you about this until you posted this thread acting as if this vendor was some innocent person ... if you had admitted from the beginning that you were talking about yourself, then that would have been different.  Of course I'm not going to stay silent about something like this when you post this crap.

You weren't asking me for help - you were asking me why your account was banned and I told you.  Then you came here and tried to start a witchhunt for SR Staff for banning this vendor's account when you know EXACTLY why it was banned!

I'm part of this community - you're damn right I will "out" people who are trying to abuse it.

You say I have no integrity or honesty.  So to you, integrity and honesty mean letting people misrepresent a situation in order to harm the community?  I don't think those words mean what you think they mean.

Yeah I stayed in escrow,  never FE.

Will it be 100% refunds?

I cant see there being any reason not to.

Lesson learned here.

Yep, if you stayed in escrow, you will be refunded.

2486
Don't worry, you will get your withdrawal.  All you need to do is get in touch with SR Support or Vendor Support, tell them the time you made the withdrawal, the amount you withdrew, and the address to which you were sending it ... they will be able to look it up and push it through manually, if necessary.

2487
There's no such thing as "accidentally" finalizing early - you make a conscious decision to FE or to remain in escrow.  If you remain in escrow, then you get a refund.  The rules are the rules - you don't get to decide to FE knowing the risks and then demand a refund when it turns out that indeed those risks are real!  You knew the risks and you finalized early anyway.  You knew that by FE'ing, you would be going out of escrow and would no longer be protected by SR or its escrow system.  You can't make that kind of decision and then scream about how unfair it is that you can't then get your money back!  You knew the risks!  They are the reason we always say "NEVER FE!"

2488
Proud of myself?  You're here pretending like you're just some concerned buyer whose favorite vendor had their account unfairly banned.  Which is bullshit, because in fact you are that vendor and you are pissed that your account was banned due to feedback manipulation.

Why not let you keep the account?  Because no one can trust the feedback since you've already tampered with it!

2489
Okay, good.  I hope he comes through and that you receive what you ordered.  Let us know when you receive the package and we will lock this thread then as resolved.

2490
Yep, if his vendor account was closed and you remained in escrow, you should be receiving a refund.
