I honestly don't know what SR does with confiscated funds.  I do know that they strive to repair as much of the damage that has been done as they can with it.  They don't just take it and keep it for themselves - they freeze it and decide how best to appropriate it.

I absolutely agree that something isn't right.  LD should not still be accepting new FE orders if they haven't even gotten caught up with the refunds / reships from previous ones.  There isn't anything more I can do than to express my concern to the admins -- and I will do that, but my guess is that if people have been reporting LD correctly over on SR by using the "report this vendor" link, then the staff has probably already looked into it.  Anyway, I'm have no idea why this is continuing, but I will touch base with the admins and see if there is anything they can tell me about what's going on.

Can we please have this conversation in one place, rather than 3 different threads if all you're going to do is quote it across the board?  I'm re-reading all of the LD threads right now to try and figure out why, if LD is a scammer, they haven't been investigated and banned.

There's no reason to have an attitude toward me - I'm trying to help understand what's going on because I feel like if LD were a scammer, SR Staff would have banned them already.  So I'm trying to understand and I'm trying to have a civilized conversation with you so I know what, if anything, I can do to help.  If all you want is to start a fight with me, then I've had enough of that for one day and won't be sucked into another one.
