I know that the staff is looking into LucyDrop's vendor account and vending activities ... so it's very possible that that prompted the cancellation.  Glad you were able to get that done and get your bitcoins back!!!

No, back in February, I think, there was a new member named "LUCYDR0P" ... all caps with the O being a number 0 ... they claimed to have lost access to their account but were still trying to sell LSD.  That one was definitely a scammer because they stopped advertising when they were called out ... but it is still weird.

No one should be buying from SamGiancana - his vendor account was banned due to several issues including feedback tampering, accepting WU for payment instead of bitcoin, and being someone who has scammed under several other aliases before.  He is still advertising and asking people to purchase through forum PM -- this is obviously not permitted, and if you do this, there is no way for support to help you or get your money back.

No, I don't think there is any policy stating that the vendor should send the DCN to support and not to the buyer, but it's up to the vendor.
