I owe the OP an apology as DPR has just let me know that I should not make assumptions about policy.  It was my mistake, and I was simply trying to tell you that I thought it went against the rules.  I apologize.  DPR has asked me to tell you to contact him.

Again, I'm sorry - I was 100% certain that the sale of human organs on SR would be completely against the rules.  I was wrong and I'm sorry.

Why would you say that?  I clearly stated that I do NOT support that type of behavior at all.  You are absolutely correct that bullying other vendors is not okay.

Yes, never FE.  And do not let him bully you into changing your feedback - if you never received it and he is a known scammer, then 1/5 is perfectly appropriate feedback for you to have left him.

If I were you, I would leave the 1/5 feedback and move on.  Find a vendor who isn't a scammer, who doesn't require FE, and who has good reviews.

I agree that is absolutely not okay, but from what I'm reading, it sounds like he's saying it was one of his customers who left the 1/5 feedback?  Competition in the market should be encouraged - it benefits the community because it keeps vendors at the top of their game and gives buyers a choice of who to buy from.
