There's no need to worry - if you made a deposit, they will eventually be processed and if they aren't automatically, then just message SR Support on the main site and they'll look into it.

Ideally, if you hadn't received the package and it was getting close to autofinalizing, you'd get the vendor to agree to an extension in the resolution center.  That way, it won't autofinalize on you, and it gives the package a bit more time to arrive.

Those are kind of your only options - either to get the vendor to reship or refund your order, or to report the vendor if he took your money and never sent out the product.

Unfortunately, since you finalized early, you won't be able to get a refund from SR ... your only hope is to work something out with the vendor.
