After clarifying things with DPR and inigo, I've been given permission to delete these posts and the user for blackmailing someone after he got his info by pretending to be a vendor.  This is the final warning - next time I see a cryptic post intended to continue this bullshit blackmailing, I will be deleting it.

For newer vendors, they first have to have received the refund of their vendor bond, and then they need to message inigo.

Because this is your way of telling him to check his tormail so you can continue blackmailing him for btc.  Look, child predators are some of the worst people in this world, but it does not have anything to do with SR - you want to destroy him?  Do it elsewhere where it doesn't put others in danger.

Really appreciate that, JackBlue.  :)  I try to help out as much as I can, and between myself and the other mod, samesamebutdifferent, we're here as much as we can be .. but there are certainly times when the spammers hit and we're not here.  In those cases, rest assured that one of us will be along as quickly as possible to take care of it.  :)
