Customer support / Re: Blockchain Has No Record Of SR Withdrawal
« on: April 02, 2013, 02:45 am »
First of all, you should not be linking to your thread on the clearnet.  If LE were interested, they would now be able to associate your bitcointalk forum account with your IP and now with your identity here on SR.  Very, very not smart thing to do.

Also, sometimes there are delays.  You need to wait 12-24 hours and if you still don't have your bitcoins, then send a message to SR Support from the main site and they will look into it.

Customer support / Re: Closing down vendor account

I don't think so, but you'd need to check with Vendor Support on that issue.  You can message them from the main site.

What are you talking about?  These posts from you and your many aliases are getting to the point of spam - they make no sense, offer nothing to the community, and usually involve threats.  This is me asking you to please cut it out now.

Newbie discussion / Re: Spamming to hero member

New members would be mistaken to think that they can continue to spam beyond the Newbie subforum.  Those posts would be deleted as quickly as they were brought to our attention.

Customer support / Re: I've had a warning of SR support

Yep, contact SR Support for clarification.

I echo what samesamebutdifferent said!  Also, the more people who take the time to click on the "report this vendor" link on a vendor's profile, the better.

Newbie discussion / Re: Change of address of web site
« on: April 01, 2013, 08:48 pm »
No, no, no, the URL has changed maybe once, but does not change on a regular basis since then at all.  The only URL you should be using is:

silkroadvb5piz3r.onion

The link in the hidden wiki is a phishing scam.

That's pretty surprising!  Then again, blockchain.info has been having a lot of technical issues recently -- nothing with btc missing or anything, but trouble with the website, the servers, etc.  It's possible that it took that long for your transaction due to one of those errors.  Who knows!  I guess it's always best to send btc a day or two before you know you'll be needing them.

Newbie discussion / Re: Scam artist!?
« on: April 01, 2013, 08:39 pm »
i guess its cool as long as dpr gets that commission

Wow.  I can't believe the number of people here who believe such things about this place.  If you really think that is the kind of thing DPR and SR stand for, maybe you'd be better off finding some other black market for illegal drugs.

Look, there is NOTHING SR can do if you choose to ignore their advice and deal outside of escrow.  SR benefits from COMPLETED SALES -- not from scams.  You can't choose to make a stupid decision knowing the risks and then accuse SR/DPR of being unfair when you end up getting scammed because you leave the protection of the escrow system.

Oh, okay.  Yeah, my understanding is that with send shared, your coins go into a pool which may or may not be large enough to mix your coins.  If there aren't enough other coins in the pool, then you have to wait until there are before the transaction(s) go through.

Product requests / Re: i need 500USD worth of bitcoins ASAP!
« on: April 01, 2013, 08:26 pm »
Please do not buy or sell ANYTHING using PM's here on the forum!  If you want to buy bitcoins here on SR, then do so using a legitimate vendor over on the main SR site.  Not on the forums.

2052
No, I think you should keep this thread here.  There's no reason to delete it -- you updated it and resolved your issue, but the fact remains you shouldn't have had this experience in the first place!  So, please, keep it here.  If you want, I can edit the title to reflect that the issue was resolved -- but I still think the honesty herein is important.  If someone is researching bitcoin vendors and stumbles upon this thread, at least it provides them with an honest review and allows them to make a better judgment as to whether or not they want to use this vendor.

2053
Actually, it's not blockchain that is causing the delay -- it's just a delay within SR.

2054
If it's showing on blockchain, you'll receive the coins eventually.

Shipping / Re: visit from the task force
« on: April 01, 2013, 08:17 pm »
I told him I had ordered 1 gram of mdma for personal use. He tells me it was methamphetamine. So I'm guessing either mdma shows up as meth in their tests or the vendor sent me meth. Well he asked who sent it. Thats when I said I'm not comfortable talking about it until I have a lawyer. So he says hes going to give me two days to think about it and then hes coming back with papers. And in cop talk that basically means he wamts me to turn snitch because he assumes I know who sent it to me. So basically I'm going to jail when he comes back. Luckily I only ordered a gram.

WHY would you admit to ordering it and tell them exactly what you ordered?!?!?!  Have you read anything on these forums?  You NEVER admit to it and you NEVER answer questions like that -- you talk to a lawyer!
