Lots of people are reporting unconfirmed transactions like that today, even for transactions that are not involving SR.

My guess is that it has to do with all of the issue with Mt Gox and instawallet and DDoS shit today.  I have several transactions with 0 confirmations as well that are unrelated to SR.  They were sent with a fee, but the fee was stripped.

You need to register a new account and then from that account, send a message to SR Support including all of that info -- they will be able to help you out.

It's difficult considering this is an illegal criminal enterprise.  I'm sure it isn't easy to bring in new employees/staff.

Again, I didn't receive a scammer message on SR, so I only knew about this when someone reported it on the forums at which point I immediately sent DPR and inigo urgent messages to let them know about it.  So we weren't "too late" - I acted as quickly as I could, but only DPR and inigo have the power to address issues on the main SR site like these scam messages were.

Another thing that it seems like people don't realize is forum moderators have no special permissions over on SR.  So these message scams that are occurring over on the main site are not things that moderators can delete or respond to or catch.  I wish we could, but we can't.  :(
