Right, but the issue is that he was shipping for you and kept records of buyers' names and addresses and has posted them multiple times all over the forums in the last 24-48 hours.  Now he has posted them on other forums as well which are out of our control.

On your account page, there is a box that says "withdraw bitcoins" ... you would put the bitcoin address in there to send to another wallet.

I've had this problem before myself.  What you need to do is create a new account over on SR and then send a message to SR Support.  Let them know that you need your password to be reset.  They may also ask for the address of the last btc deposit you made there.

We'll keep an eye out on the forums too, but the best thing to do when anyone has been scammed is to use the "Report this vendor" link on the vendor's profile over on SR.  But we'll watch, of course.
