That means someone logged into your account and moved the coins elsewhere ... which implies that they had access to your password and your PIN.  There's not much SR Support can do in this situation - those kinds of transfers aren't reversible.  :(

When I click on "view the memberlist" and sort it by date, it shows multiple accounts for "Toni Montana" were created today.  Anyone else seeing that?
