DPR posted about it.  It's down for server reconfiguration.

No problem!  I take it you were able to verify on blockchain.info that Bitinstant has indeed sent the coins to the address you gave them?  If so, then it's just a matter of waiting for the transaction to go through on SR's end.  As mentioned, if you don't see them in 12 hours or so, send a message to SR Support here:

^^ at the bottom of that page, there is a link to send them a message. 

Go to blockchain.info and put your SR address into the search field ... if Bitinstant has sent the coins, it should show up on blockchain.info.

Did you stay in escrow?

Did you report them using the "report this vendor" link on their vendor profile?

If you don't receive the coins in 12 hours, send a message to SR Support on the main site (silkroadvb5piz3r.onion) and they will get it sorted for you.

The Vendor roundtable is a private message board on the Silk Road forum for vendors to discuss issues in private. To qualify for access to the board, you must meet the following requirements:

    You must have received a bond refund.
    Your forum username must be identical to your vendor username
    You must keep a link to your vendor page in your forum signature

When you've met these criteria, message one of the forum administrators and they will give you access.

So, if you meet all of that, you need to request access from inigo.  If you've already sent inigo a message, all you can do is wait.

So far, everything I've read from this person has been info that is readily available on the forums / site.
