Newbie discussion / Re: Avoid vendor Tunbear

Keeping an eye on this.

I wouldn't encourage spamming the vendor.  Did you not stay in escrow?  If you stayed in escrow, SR would be able to help you get your money back.  But it sounds like you finalized early against all of our warnings to STAY IN ESCROW.  :-\

You can report the vendor as a scammer by using the "report this vendor" link on their vendor profile, but in the end, I'm sorry, but you made the decision to finalize early knowing that many people are scammed that way.

Customer support / Re: Can't transfer Bitcoins Out of my account
« on: April 25, 2013, 08:29 pm »
Thank you.

However, I am trying to transfer from my SR account to my non-sr account.

How would I be able to do this ?

Yes, I understand.  You need to go to your account page on SR and in the field labeled "Withdraw bitcoins" you need to put in your non-SR bitcoin address, then the amount of BTC, then your PIN, and click "withdraw" ... that is how you transfer from your SR wallet to a non-SR wallet.  :)

That is ridiculous.  Wait until October?!  Just wait a few days until the cancel option is available to you, and cancel your order.

Product offers / Re: GUNS FOR SALE IN AUSTRALIA

You are not permitted to sell guns here.

I'm surprised you're not getting more fanfare, especially with LL closing shop. The US resellers tend to charge nearly double.  >:(

I don't think LL has said definitively whether or not he has decided to close shop.  He said he's waiting for orders to catch up and THEN he will decide whether or not to continue here.

It might be a good time to remember that missing packages don't necessarily point to scamming on the vendor's side OR the buyer's side.  LL could be the most honest vendor on the planet and still some people might not receive the package, for whatever reason.  That doesn't mean the buyer is a scammer either.  There are days and days between the shipping and receiving - it's not hard to imagine that any number of things could happen in that time span!

LL is an honest vendor, and while I absolutely believe there are people taking advantage of his kindness and policies, I also believe that it's possible that some of the missing package reports are legitimate.

There's no reason to attack people who are concerned about missing packages, no matter how "new" they are to the forums!

....aaaaand so disregard the previous comment.  He just cancelled the order after marking it in transit yesterday, and I have recieved no BTC whatsoever.  Scammer and a piece of shit, don't do business with this faggot.

Make sure you report this scammer using the "report this vendor" link on their marketplace profile.  So sorry to hear you were scammed. :(

You will need to wait the usual amount of time before you can cancel the order.  I'm sorry, but there's no way around that.

Go to your account page on SR, and put your non-SR bitcoin address in the "withdraw" field.

1392
What?  Are you asking about purchasing a vendor account?

Customer support / Re: Noob question about trading
« on: April 25, 2013, 07:56 pm »
Sorry, but that would violate the rules.  If you have something you want to sell, you need a vendor account.  You cannot just trade your product for someone else's product.  The only way to buy here is with bitcoin - not with cash, not with Moneygram, not with Western Union, not with bank transfer, not with MP code.  So when you see people talking about a "trade" - it's safe to assume they are referring to purchasing something with bitcoins from a vendor.
