No, you paid already. SR cannot help you. Try to appeal to the vendor's humanity to get a partial refund. Try not to be all or nothing at all. Something back is better than nothing.

This is correct.  The only thing you can do now is to work with the vendor for any kind of refund.  You've already released the funds, so there's nothing SR can do to help you get any of it back.

It would also help if when posting these scam complaints / accusations, people could include the vendor's url.

You can also make one of the mods (me or samesamebutdifferent) aware of it and we can look into the issue and pass relevant info along to the admins.  This tends to be the quickest way of alerting them.

Yeah, you may have to wait until the resolve option is available, unless the vendor was banned, in which case you might be able to get SR Support to help you out.

You should be able to search for the vendor on SR itself.

If you are still in escrow, that's good news.  If you aren't able to use the resolve button, you should get in touch with SR Support here:

Also, if the vendor has disappeared, it is possible either that they are in stealth mode, or that they have been banned.  When you visit the vendor's profile, does it show up at all, or does it take you directly to a page for you to send the vendor a message?
