Okay, well then you've done all you can at this point!  Hope you hear back from them soon!  In the meantime, locking this thread as resolved.

Nope, no way to force someone to respond.  I guess I can't think of anything for you to do, but you could contact Vendor Support to ask about why that one review is weighing so heavily on your ratings.

I'm sorry, but you can't just have bad reviews removed.

Newbie discussion / Re: Lost PIN
« on: May 02, 2013, 11:46 pm »
I did not lose my pin, excuse me, i lost the passphase that you give when relesing a number to a vendor. I have no idea why i was locked out of my old account? Is there anyway that you can se to fix this?  I definietely lost the passphase that you give to release money to a vendor, etc. and it's still in that account...just waiting for me to give to my vendor. my original account name was darbycrashed. Superjoint

Okay, well, passphrase and PIN are two completely different things.  If you forgot your passphrase, then you need to make a new account (like you say you already did) and get in touch with SR Support (which you also already said you did).  They'll ask you questions to determine the other account does indeed belong to you, and then they will reset the password.

No, I cannot fix this - the only way to fix it is to do what you have done and get SR Support to reset your password.

It depends on the problem.  SR Support seems to think you were locked out of your account entirely because you forgot your password, but here, you say you lost your PIN.  So which one is it?  If you're entirely locked out of your account, then, yes, you needed to create that new account and will need to provide SR Support with info to verify that the account belongs to you.

If, on the other hand, you lost your PIN (which is what you stated here) then you should still have access to your account and should still be able to reset the PIN on your own.

more than 300 sales-- 8 months--  100%

but I only required a few days ago the status of a vendor on the forum ...

As I stated, you'll need to get in touch with Vendor Support on SR.

Go to your account page on SR - there is a link for becoming a seller.

How? So what is the pin for then if hackers can just change it themselves?  :o

Usually a person would realize that their account was hacked long before the wait period for changing the PIN passes.

Guys, its your lucky day ;D I can provide Brotizolam (Lendormin) with 0.25mg / 20 Tbl. How do we continue?

How do you continue?  For one thing: get a vendor account if you want to sell anything here.

That sucks... you may have to make a new account....

They don't need to make a new account!  They just need to enter the PIN incorrectly 5 times, it'll tell them to wait a specified amount of time, and then after that time has passed they can reset the PIN themselves.

Ive done this before, contact the support staff as above.

Actually, no, this is not the current procedure because you can reset your PIN yourself by entering it incorrectly 5 times, waiting the allotted amount of time, and resetting it yourself.  You do not need to contact support.

To prevent those bitcoin spammers from PM'ing you, you just need to change your forum settings so that it does NOT show when you're online.

Go here:  http://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion/index.php?action=profile;area=account;u=49994

Under the "email" section, there's an option to show when you're online -- make sure this is NOT selected, and you won't receive any more PMs from the bitcoin spammers.

As for the email address, if you've used it with another account, then you won't be able to use it on your current one - I believe email addresses can only be assigned to a single profile.

inigo has changed the process some.  now, if you want to apply for vendor status, you'll need to send a message on SR to Vendor Support, as per the edited wiki:  http://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion/wiki/index.php?title=Vendor_roundtable
