Okay.  You'll need to create a new account and send a message to SR Support from that new account.  They'll ask you for some information to determine that the account in question does belong to you, and then they'll reset your password.

Sorry, there is no way "to work around" the vendor bond.  It is required. 

One thing you may want to think about is if you can't afford the vendor bond (which is later refunded) then how will you be able to afford to keep your product in stock, and how will you be able to afford the necessary supplies for processing and shipping orders discreetly/safely?

Yes, he was banned for scamming.  Since you say you finalized early, then I'm afraid there's nothing that can be done.  If you had remained in escrow, you would receive a refund.  Unfortunately, when you choose to finalize early, you are choosing to leave the protection of the escrow system and SR Support can't do anything to help you at that point.

No one has to wait 100 years - that, I believe, is/was a glitch.  When that happens, then the person would need to get in touch with SR Support, of course.
