I'd also like to add that autofinalize AND resolution have been disabled until the site has been up for 48 hours uninterrupted.

This may sound simple, but if I don't ask, I will never figure out where I am going wrong.
I just registered on the SR Forums. I have been an R buyer for some time. With the recent SR troubles, I wanted to join forums to keep up on the status of SR and the response to the attacks.
Since joining, I go to subjects I would like to post a reply to or ask a question on. Oddly enough, this Customer Support FAQ page is the only Page that comes up for me that offers the Menu "top and bottom" that allows for for "reply" etc. etc.
Any other page I go to give all the posts but the top and bottom where the menu should be is blank, so I can't post. This Customer Support Page offers the menu clearly at both top and bottom. Am I blind? Or where is it and why am I missing it.
