You say all of this and welcome an investigation, but you clearly encourage buyers to contact you OUTSIDE of SR.  Your signature states:

So all of these invitations for admin to check your messages are kind of useless when you know full well that your dealings with this particular individual were completed entirely offsite AT YOUR OWN SUGGESTION.

Worst idea I've read in a long, long time here.  Almost up there with the "let's have an SR meetup!" threads.  Locking this thread because swatting is a terrible thing to do to ANYONE and is not permitted here.

Registration is open.  The only times I've heard of people getting a page telling them registrations were closed is when they've tried to register on a fake SR site.

I'm sorry to hear this!!!  You must have logged into a phishing site because the only way someone could hack your account and steal your btc is if they knew your passphrase and your PIN. 

You'll want to change your password and PIN immediately, and always make sure you are accessing SR from the correct url:

silkroadvb5piz3r.onion

Unfortunately, if you finalized early, there's nothing SR can do to help you get your money back.  The escrow system is in place for a reason - to provide protection to vendors and buyers alike.  When you choose to deal outside of the escrow system, there's nothing that SR Support can do in cases like these. 

It is always best to stay in escrow.

The only thing I can think of for you to do at this point would be to contact the vendor and try to work it out with them.

Yeah, I would think Vendor Support would be pretty busy right now catching up on everything from when the site was up and down.  Since this is kind of an important issue, you could go ahead and try messaging them one more time. 

Yeah, I do wonder what in the hell set him off.  Or is he just here to blackmail people?
