Vendor Support has assured me that they're keeping an eye on the SamGiancana situation.  What you have to realize though is that SamGiancana was banned before but kept fighting and was able to get his account re-instated.  So, if he is scamming people, Vendor Support is going to have to get a lot of actual proof just to make absolutely sure this time.

This has happened in the past - the 3-character captcha and getting logged out randomly.  Same kind of thing then - just a glitch from some server work.  They're getting most of these things ironed out, but some will take longer than others, and they can't just roll everything back because there is still the possibility that the attacker will return.  Still, let me know if this continues happening over the next day or two.

Well, I'd say people should be cautious about buying from this vendor even just based on the vendor's feedback.  Several people reported that the crack was packaged in a ziploc cut in half without even being sealed, and multiple people reported that the crack spilled all over during transit and was stuck in the tape of the package, etc.  Another one or two claim never to have received their orders.

No clue, but I would lean toward it not being a sock puppet simply because he's not really incriminating himself any differently than his own vendor profile and feedback do on their own!

I agree that there is definitely more to the story - but neither the vendor nor the OP seem to be telling the whole story.  It is important to understand that a claim from ANYONE who says they are in the midst of being blackmailed by a vendor is something that SR takes VERY seriously for obvious reasons.
