So it sounds like things are starting to move again -- great news!  Thanks for coming back to the thread to let us know that things are starting to work out!

Great to hear, TGX!  :)  And thanks for coming back to the thread to let us know they took care of it for you!

Hmmm ... I know SR is experiencing delays in btc deposits, but from your posts it sounds like this is an issue on the multibit end of things, rather than the SR end of things.  If it were showing up on blockchain, it'd be an issue with SR.  Since it's not even showing up on blockchain, my guess is that it is an issue with your bitcoin client.

904
That's strange.  Does the transaction show up on blockchain.info if you enter your receiving btc address in the search field?

So ive just noticed the change in cancellation policy.

It was 4 days in 'processing', before a buyer had the option to cancel the order. It is now 7 days.

I personally dont feel that 7 days is fair, from the buyers aspect. 4 Days was a more than reasonable amount of time for a vendor to ship an order. If it where the case that the particular vendor, or vending team was simply to over whelmed with orders, than it would only seem right to go stealth for X amount of time.

Just my thoughts, trying to gauge others opinion on this. Much love every one.

It's certainly not up to me (in fact, i have no say in the matter -- just want to make that clear) but I agree with you.  If a vendor has active listings, I would imagine 4 days would be more than enough time to get an order out.

Are you sure the 7 day thing is permanent, or is it possible that it was just an adjustment applicable to orders place during the recent attacks?

Customer support / Re: BTC did not recieved

There are currently site-wide delays in bitcoin deposits.  What you're seeing on blockchain is evidence of SR's built in coin tumbler mixing your coins for increased anonymity.

Here is the main thread about the current delays:

There are still issues, like a severe delay in bitcoin deposits.

Wow.  First of all, calm down and turn caps lock off!  DPR is aware of the issue and will get it fixed as soon as he is able to.  We're having to lock these threads because EVERYONE is having the same problem and too many identical threads are popping up.

No, there is no way to lock in a price, and no way to find out the status other than ensuring that it shows up on blockchain.

We appreciate the support!  It's understandable that when issues arise, people get a little excited (or very excited, in some cases), but we're all in the same boat here together.  Libertas and I can't actually fix the glitches, but we can do our best to answer questions and try to reassure everyone that the world (or our little dark section of it!) isn't ending!

Thank you for the encouragement - it means a great deal, especially on days like today! :)

you either logged in through the phishing site or you have a keylogger on your PC...

Or SR has been compromised.  God forbid.

Come on, man, why would you even suggest that?  It has NOT been compromised.  No one's coins have been stolen unless they logged into a phishing site, or unless someone was able to guess their password and PIN.
