If you think your account was hacked and you can't get into it, you'll need to create a new account and message SR Support from that new account, asking them to reset the password on your original account.  They'll ask for some info to prove the accounts belong to you, and then they'll help get it reset.  I believe I've read recently that there is a 72 hour wait period before they'll reset it.

I've already done that, but I can see they are asking people to FE. I am a bit fucked because I have not sent alot of orders, and my clients would FE for me. Is there anyway of closing the account immediately??

You'll need to do the same thing as far as sending a message to support from another account, proving that the account in question is yours, and getting them to reset the password.  In the meantime, I'll send inigo / Vendor Support a message and let them know.  If you could send me a PM with more details about what's going on, that extra info would probably help get things frozen more quickly.

Another reason it took a long time (other than the fact that the site was under heavy attack recently) is that SamGiancana had been banned before.  When that happened, admins were sure that they were making the right decision, but he presented some kind of evidence that put it all into question, so his vendor status was reinstated.  What that meant for this most recent banning is that admins had to be even more certain and find even more proof before they banned him again.

Looks like they were right (like most of us thought!) the first time they banned that douche!

Clearly you are not banned from the forums.  Not only do we not ban accounts unless they are bitcoin spam accounts, but you're also posting on the forums right now - so you haven't been banned.

You can't leave feedback on processing orders or orders in transit.  You can only leave feedback once you have finalized and released the money from escrow.

Scout, thanks for your reply. The transaction on blockchain went through almost instantly. Everything appears to be correct on that end. I have sent a msg to support with the btc address which I sent from as well as the btc address that was provided on my SR account page. Along with the approximate time and amount of btc in question. Hopefully I did everything correctly and this will get resolved soon.

Sounds like you've done everything you can and provided them with a lot of helpful info!   Hope you see them soon! :)

Can you provide more detail?  Like does the transaction show up on blockchain when you look up your SR wallet address?  If so, go ahead and send a message to SR Support using the link at the bottom of the following page:

Are you asking about past purchases?  If so, I believe the ability to see their stats is no longer available once you've marked the order in transit.

YES, ABSOLUTELY!  If a vendor is threatening a buyer, that is taken VERY seriously by SR admins.  Please encourage the buyer to report these threats immediately!
