« on: May 09, 2013, 07:58 pm »If you think your account was hacked and you can't get into it, you'll need to create a new account and message SR Support from that new account, asking them to reset the password on your original account. They'll ask for some info to prove the accounts belong to you, and then they'll help get it reset. I believe I've read recently that there is a 72 hour wait period before they'll reset it.
I've already done that, but I can see they are asking people to FE. I am a bit fucked because I have not sent alot of orders, and my clients would FE for me. Is there anyway of closing the account immediately??
You'll need to do the same thing as far as sending a message to support from another account, proving that the account in question is yours, and getting them to reset the password. In the meantime, I'll send inigo / Vendor Support a message and let them know. If you could send me a PM with more details about what's going on, that extra info would probably help get things frozen more quickly.
