No problem! (and sorry to hear you didn't win it!)
This section allows you to view all posts made by this member. Note that you can only see posts made in areas you currently have access to.
It disappears after 3 months. Presumably, it's actually deleted from the server at that point.
It would be nice if you could delete it yourself, but I suspect there are two reasons that you can't.
1. Each of those items is associated with another account, the vendor that you purchased from. It would be unfair if they wanted that info and you could delete it from their account. And it would be shady on DPR's part if he allowed you to "delete" it from your account while keeping it on the server and making available to the other party. So I think it's best that neither party can delete it until some standard amount of time (currently 3 months), and you are both made aware that the info exists, because you can see it in your account history.
Of course, the act of deleting it could simply anonymize the data, unlinking it from your account while keeping it in the other account, which leads me to:
2. It protects against scammers. Otherwise, a vendor (or buyer) could scam a bunch of people and erase the evidence with the click of a button. They need to keep the info for some amount of time to identify patterns associated with scammers.
Just popping in to let you all know that Kwick Ficks has been banned!
I have been following this thread, and I just want to give a big KUDOS to the OP for sticking to his guns, and for the other buyers who were scammed for stepping forward. The only way we can expect change and to keep growing is to stick together and help each other out.
I would also like to give a big KUDOS to Scout, for a forum with so few moderators he does an amazing job of finding the threads that need him, and doing a great job to help the members out!
Great job by both of you

but fuck it there are worst things
in these cases, the refund does NOT count against you.
Scout, is that the official position of SR?
The reason I ask is because I had an order with a vendor who turned out to be a scammer. My order was safely in escrow and went to resolution and as the vendor had been banned, never entered the resolution process. I put in the notes that if the refund will count against me, that I don't want to be refunded. Once the resolution time expired, I received nil refund and as the vendor was banned, can assume this money went into SR's coffers. I messaged support and they said I received no refund because I said not to if it would affect my stats and that if I did get refunded it would have....
While I disagree with their decision due to the fact the vendor was a banned scammer, their judgment was acknowledge and accepted however in light of your comment, I'd like some clarification to ensure we're giving out the right information to others in the same situation.
mdma3000.... please accept my apologies for posting this in your thread!
Laissez-faire!
If one party does not propose any resolution by the due date, the most recent resolution provided by the present party will always be chosen. In this case, any refund granted will not be counted for buyer refund statistics.
